Eventual amicable ending over cat scratching post RRP £49.99 reduced to £25 October promotion. Our argument... started falling apart after 2 week's. Manager's argument... Normal with lower range price. After arguments on both sides,we were offered and accepted £20 credit note. Thankful for that but initial attitude over the phone and then at the store was surprisingly poor. Likened wear on scratch post with an over used punch bag.
