Seems I did not receive such a good customer service I had a faulty item to return lady that served me was non apolegetic, no product service knowledge only offering to send the item away. No replacement offered. I had to quote my consumer rights and insisted on a refund. I bought several items from this store and am appalled at the lack of customer care

Really awesome service from Cheryl at UE this week. Not only did I receive some top-notch advice on lots of new dive stuff, but I really enjoyed spending lot of hard-earned with UE. Stock levels are amazing with everything I needed to get setup in the one store and at good prices. Not had too many dealings with other stores as heard of over inflated prices and poor stock in my local stores - not a problem now as will give Cheryl a call and get it shipped.
