Really disappointed with my visit to this branch today, went in about 1pm and got a tuna melt and asked for a hot chocolate, tuna melt was brought and heated up fine however staff that served me completely forgot about the Hot Chocolate I ordered and just continued making the drinks of all the people behind me I went to call out to remind him about my hot chocolate but was ignored as he just cleared tables instead, I gave up in the end cause I had a bus to catch for work without the hot chocolate that I paid for, its a shame as I normally like coming here :(
