Purchased 4 dehumidifiers from Broughton, 3 stopped working and as they were still under warrantee we returned them for repair only to be told that the repairs were not covered because there was dust in the dehumidifiers... they are INDUSTRIAL dehumidifiers!! They will encounter dusty conditions! We were then told it would cost us £55 to return machines to us!! We had already paid to return the dehumidifiers. Have had no reply to my email questioning the fact that all 3 had the same issue. Very poor service received from this company and very disappointed. Will not be spending any money with them in the future.
