We bought 2 chairs and a Sofa from you under a year ago. One chair has snapped and we have sent you pictures and tried to get hold of you. Debbie was supposed to call us back and every time we phone she is in a meeting or not available and never calls back. The chair is still under warranty and we want a replacement - not a lot to ask. We are very happy with the Sofa and other chair. Unfortunately we have been forced to write this review due to her lack of customer service.

I was given this company as a recommendation through a long standing supplier I have used for 15 years. I sent 4 e-mails to the clearance team and chased up several times on the phone but unfortunately they wont let you speak to the clearance team or even reply to an e-mail. They have not responded to any of my e-mails over the last 4 weeks! Very poor service and disappointing.
