I have very high standards and having bought an old house with a huge amount of work to do, I was recommended Brothers Decor by a friend, knowing already they came highly recommended by Joal Interiors in Dorridge. Wow. These guys are extremely professional, on time (by the clock), spend lots of time on the prep to create a perfect finish (take extreme pride in the finish) and have been an absolute pleasure to have into our home. Very unreliable, discourteous and unprofessional... and this was just trying to arrange a visit for a quote! Arranged for a visit on one day, only to have no one turn up; they claimed it had been for the following week! Gave benefit of the doubt and arranged again for the following week... again, no one turned up; no phone call to say why! I sent a text after no answers to my calls, asking if anyone was coming; received a reply hours later saying “No, we are fully booked this month, and 2 decorators down!“ Complete lack of courtesy and professionalism! No apology for wasting my time! Shan’t bother for what was only a small, easy job if they can’t even be bothered to turn up to quote for it!! I shall find someone reliable!

Following a very satisfactory redecoration of our master bedroom we asked Rodrigo to repaint the solid oak doors of our kitchen cabinets which were showing some signs of wear. My wife and I are very pleased with the professional result. The kitchen, now the painting has finished, looks brand new. Rodrigo and his men are very clean and tidy whilst working and I would be happy to recommend them for any painting and decorating jobs you may have.

Quality team Absolutely what a fantastic team. They painted a newly fresh build house. all the walls, ceilings, doors, Skirting boards and even French polished my oak staircase. And even done minor repair work with the plastering what a good team that just cracks on with it. They had keys to the house and they finished the job on time and on budget 👍
