    Went here with work colleagues and it was a disaster from start to finish. They food was really bad.The shawarma was like a Tesco wrap. No meat just few pieces of tomato and salad.They forgot one person's order.There was one waitress who was the only one trying to run the place but not supported by the rest of her team. We left disappointed and hungry. Please owners don't waste our hard earned money.We came to enjoy. Please make sure you run this place better or close down.

    Excellent! Great shisha quality and range, albeit not cheap. Good service and a very clean, spacious place in a great location. Al Fakher shisha starts at £35 which is expensive but not surprising for this pocket of west / central London.

    This place was terrible. We contacted the lounge on instagram asking them if we should reserve a place if needed. He told us that it would be better if we did so. We arrived and the place was basically empty. The interier looks horrible. They thought puting flower decoration would make it somewhat pretty. The shisha looks like they bought it at toys‘r‘us and got it for a discount. The tea served hat a very bad aftertaste i tastet it till the next morning even after brushing my teeth. For some reason the shisha costs more inside then outside which makes it sooo much more appealing to smoke here. Wouldn‘t recommend.

    The lady told she'll get the shisha waiting there about 45 min Nothing till someone came and made me a shisha then he comes with tea I didn't order I made that very clear so he tells me it's on the house I go to pay they're trying to charging me for the tea which I didn't pay in the end and they're charging me for service 🤣 anyway don't go there it's a ripoff £40 just the shisha I'm never stepping foot there again
