Indian doctors need to be taught manners and compassion. Never meet a nice one yet . Had endoscope recently.. should have just walked out when I see it was just rude. So much for the carming! with no sedative! He was raising his voice because I was gagging. Hopefully I'll meet a nice one one day

Basildon hospital told me to go there to get help for dental abscess. On arrival, no basic checks were done, just antibiotics prescribed. A risk of sepsis was significant. What a waste of public money! Never be back there.

I visited Broomfield A&E department after being referred by another hospital. The best care was provided by the A206 department. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with great care and attentiveness. The nurses and admin staff there deserve all praises, as comparing to few other hospitals I was not expecting the service received. Please keep up the good work! NHS are lucky to have guys! We were seen to, xrayed, stitched up all within 90mins!

Special thanks to the surgeon who pinned my thumb back into place and the blonde lady in hand trauma unit who facilitated my care however some staff are grossly incompetent and I was misdiagnosed twice. One couldn't even observe an X Ray?! Jane was brilliant though in hand therapy.
