We visited for afternoon tea as a present from friends. The staff were welcoming, friendly and did all they could to help. The afternoon tea was freshly made and had more than enough for us both. The sandwiches were all delicious,as were the scones. We couldn't finish the cakes and were given a takeaway box for these. The tables were nicely spaced out and you could hear yourself think and chat. We would happily go back again.

Amazing stay during our visit to Canterbury and Dover. We booked a family lodge that comfortably sleeps 5. There are 2 bedrooms, a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, and the biggest bonus was 2 bathrooms! The lodges are basically large single cottages. Very charming area and great service from the staff. The breakfast was also great. The property is close to Canterbury and Dover. However it is in a remote area and so there are no shops nearby. Rooms: Very large, comfortable and clean rooms. Walkability: Not walkable to attractions.

Had to visit someone for couple of hours. Didn't expect. it's like a hidden paradise.

My daughter had her wedding here and it was the most perfect day. The staff were all excellent; smiley, chatty, efficient and very helpful. The food was great, the canapés, 3 course meal and the evening buffet all delicious! Location, especially the Italian Garden (where the ceremony took place) was superb. Cannot fault anything. Thank you!

Stayed in Curzon room. Excellent, newly refurbed and classy. Club sandwich although expensive was excellent! Nearby activities: I went for a run in the morning. To the right of the driving range is a lovely public footpath. Great for a jog out.
