Not one for normally leaving reviews but need to say in this instance the staff at the Cattery are absolute fantastic, I had anxiety leaving my cat for the first time since getting her and they were brilliant and assured me everything was going to be fine. Even whilst away had daily updates and was communicated with pictures which made my anxiety so much better so that I could enjoy my holiday. Will definitely be using and have told all my friends with cats about them professional, reliable, safe and caring. Thank you so much to the team at Broom Manor Cattery. Regards Dale

I’ve made several bookings. I’ve communicated before the 14 day cancellation t&c requirement (once I did not, it was 10 days and I paid the full amount of £60 due for the stay I could not honour). On this occasion, which sadly was another cancellation and before the 14 day t&c cancellation requirement; Sally took it upon herself to then cancel my next booking in June, saying that due to my previous cancellations she wanted up front, full and non refundable payment. Unless you can guarantee nothing will affect your booking’ or that you can guarantee life circumstances’ will not affect your booking at Broome Manor - do not book your cat into this establishment. Being told; it’s too much effort’ to respond to my comms and being told that it’s my fault that my booking was cancelled for June, even though my conduct has at all times been honest and respectful of her t&cs; makes me doubtful that my cat will have been looked after with proper care? Can I trust this business owner who would have been happy to take my money if my cancellation fell outside of the 14 day t&cs, however because I adhered and respected the t&cs, yes she gains nothing this time….including future business from myself and my fellow cat owner friends. Postscript:- Sally, thank you for your response - the booking I cancelled Friday 10/02’ is for more than 2 weeks away, the other in April - you cancelled my June booking unless I made the full non refundable payment. If I am booking / cancelling / whilst respecting your t&cs; why is that so terrible? It’s an online system; so how much of your time’ am I taking? The fact that I ‘tested your patience and this why you felt the need to ask for upfront payment’ (your words); whilst I am respecting your t&cs, whilst booking/cancelling / paying within those t&cs; has made me uneasy about using your Cattery, yes! If your t&cs are not suitable to you’ when a customer does respect them; then change them and make it clear that ‘even if a customer does respect your t&cs, you will at any time, cancel their booking unless full payment is made in advance’…? Life circumstances’ do happen, cost of living is effecting us all and some of us may need to cancel bookings thanks to their dad’ coming to visit…..more than once in one year…and this is all possible, whilst respecting / adhering to your business t&cs. All the best!. Good luck!

First time using a Cattery and this one was brilliant. Sally put our minds at ease and our Cat had a lovely time for a week. We received updates on how she was doing as well. We will use again for sure

This was our first time using Broome Manor, and we are very happy. We put our two cats in for the week. (Both getting quite elderly, rescue cats, and needing a fair bit of care, including detailed diet and meds schedules). They came back contented, relaxed, and well-groomed. Ok, they were keen to get home, but they'd clearly been well looked after for the week. The "hutches" are roomy enough, well made, adequately separated, and owners can see in but are not allowed to enter. All exactly as it should be. We'll be more than happy to take the boys there again next time.
