If I could review lower I would been all day waiting for a script to be done as its due today all day she has been in absolute agony and left in pain to be told all day its being done 2pm clinician rings wile doctors are not in surgery to be told at 3.30pm it's still with doctors and there in surgery this has been going on all morning as well and my daughter left in pain to be told nothing done its still with the doctors at 5.50pm still waiting chemist closes at 6.30pm and she needs them today as they was due anyway I am appalled at this she has been left all day in agony!!!! Now 6pm and no awnser for a script that's due!!! They put her on a ridiculous system for it to be able to collect at the chemist but the its never done half the time they don't have it the script this is beyond disgusting today 2 days later and still not sorted it out!!!!

If there was a 0 star option it would be on here.Trying to book for over a week get hung up straight away. With 'no availability' Finally get through over a hour wait to be told no appointments redicullous system doesn't allow to book for another day. Receptionists arn't any help at all. God help you if you're desperate for a appointment. I recomend taking up psychic reading and trying to book that way, will probably be quicker.

Absolutely appalling. I went for a checkup last year only to be told “you look diabetic and anaemic, come back in a week”. If I waited a week I would’ve been in a coma. Terrible judgement from the doctors. Very bad with medication orders, too.

Can't say too much as it's not my usual doctors. On 2 floors so pay attention to which room you are going into. The car park outside is a bit of a tight mess at random times as there are business in the same lot so you might end up parking on the street around the corner or you might have 5 spaces available.
