Lie 1 - I NEVER use that word. Lie 2 - car was in prep for an agreed pickup. Courtesy would be to wait until that time and then sell if no show. Lie 3 - you didn’t take my number despite my insistence so you can’t have called and left a message. The payment was verified and initially cleared so something went wrong. Bring on your lawyers …. Don’t even deserve one star! Turned up as arranged to collect a car I’d put a deposit on, conveniently their website had an issue so they couldn’t call me and deposit had been credited and they sold the car to someone else. Verbally abused for their error - lucky escape!! Other car we looked at had engine management light on. Learn from my experience and avoid!

Honestly one of the best car buying experiances I have ever had. I had no pressure when I came to view and test the car. They ensured it was sound mechanically and got the cambelt done for me before I collected. They did a top job valeting it. All the way through the dealings it has been great.
