First time I was referred there I was sat in the waiting room for 30mins before they told me that my appointment had been cancelled Second time I was referred for a different issue -they booked appointment with me - then refused to honour that appointment. Don’t expect to be seen on time or at all here. Complete waste of time. I cant afford to but have been forced to go private.

I just wanted to write after an amazing experience with one of the Doctors at Brookside today... unfortunately cant remember her name but so thankful for this safe space that women (and men) can come to for advice, support, free contraception and non judgemental medical care!! Overwhelmed by the NHS at times and how lucky we are to have this free of charge... who cares if there is a wait at times, I walked out with a clear head and kind advice... thank you :) x
