What a fantastic family business to deal with. We needed a good quality "event" portable toilet unit for a local event we were putting on and Brooks came up with the goods. The toilet itself was super-clean, delivered promptly and collected promptly too by a really friendly family member! An absolute pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Tom came out really quickly (same day) looked at the blocked drains and in no time had sorted the problem. Washed down all drains and surrounding areas to a very high standard. Very polite and efficient service and at a better price than any of the other companies i called. 5 star service i would definitely recommend and i am very fussy!! Thanks Tom top job. Very very poor service. Vehicle spilt oil on my drive (three different locations) which was categorically denied. Also scratched block paving badly with various pipe fittings etc dragging accross surface. No care at all and then accused me of having a driveway that looked 'aged and used' despite it being less than 18 months since it was entirely redone. Never again.

With the recent storms my septic tank had become blocked, flooded and was backing up into the manholes. I rang several different waste carriers two of which let me down, one said i had given them the wrong booking date and the last had to time for me as a customer to the point I stuck the phone down. Fortunately Brooks waste came up on google and i gave them a buzz, The chap i spoke to was polite, new his game and was happy to give me a bit of a steer on why I was having problems with the tank. No drama. They turned up a day early took care of all the waste again with no drama, and the engineer had time to tell me what the problems could be. The price was bang on the money as well. What a lot of similar business could learn from Brooks is that it don't storm and flood all the time, and when the storms and floods have passed these other companies will have gaps in there diaries because they was rude, ripped the ar*e out of the price when they could and let people down, Brooks will still have a fully booked diary as they understand simple good old fashioned business at the right price. Fair play boys ill defo be passing your details out in Good Easter and surrounding!
