Went here in December last year to get 2 batteries in my girlfriends watch’s and was told the price and would take 1 week, Never heard anything for one month so called in, He said he broke the Armani watch winder so will have to order one and will call when done for no extra cost, Was a little annoyed as took long enough, But we are all human and mistakes happen, But the never heard nothing for 6 weeks, So went down there AGAIN and he had it behind the counter, Said it’s all done so took it home, The winder he said he fixed fell straight off again, So basically he never got it fixed and just gave me the broken watch he broke, Never would I go again, Stay clear as close to 3 months and out of pocket, Plus not a happy girlfriend.

Got my boots reworked a couple weeks ago now, was quoted a week for it to be done but they found a couple other issues with the boots and said they would fix those too at no additional charge but a bit of a longer wait. First time I put them back on I was a little worried because they felt very tight and stiff but in retrospect I was did told they were gonna be better than new. Which turned out to be true and after re-wearing them in I've got to say they've never been more comfortable. Fantastic service, friendly professional informative staff. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends

I took my favourite shoes here to get them resoled and new insoles. The team were so helpful and friendly and really wanted to get the end result right for me. We were so happy with the way I was catered for that my partner then took his boots in a few days later to be resoled. When we went to collect the boots we were delighted with the results! They look brand new with high quality soles and a much needed polish. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.
