Was put off by other reviews after I checked the shop out online. Then my fears became a reality when I received a sarcastic response from shop owner “I thought that might be the case” when I said ‘no’ very politely to a product I had initially expressed an interest in. I was also put off when I read that everything is ‘sold as seen’ and there is a no returns policy.

I've been in several times. I've never had a great experience. Today I went in twice the first time I was told the fitting room is there help yourself. Not the best customer service but not the worst either. Second trip today completely ignored and I was obviously looking for something. I've been in previously to talk about selling some of my own dresses and been treated with contempt about whether they would be high end. I was considering parting with a full length Amanda Wakely Gown. Today I find 2 tops from zara basic range for £35 each one which had a stain down the front! I like Zara but selling them for more than what they would cost new and to preach about only design no high street is just nonsense. I'm not going to bother going in again.
