As a university accommodation block it's ok. The building needs a fair bit of maintenance, with damp and leaks being a particular problem, especially in view of the cost of rent (high).

I had a very bad experience staying in this hall. Staffs were terrible. I once came back from school (around 5pm) and saw my toilet light was burned out. Went down to the reception and told the maintenance staff about it, and he told me to come back at 6. So I went down again when it was 6 but he was gone! Kris was also one of the staff in the hall but she complained about people's complaints on the rubbish because this gave her extra work. The rooms have thin walls that you can hear people's music/talking. I was skyping with my friend one day and Kris bang on my door saying I was too loud (it was only 10pm???). The only thing it was good is that it is quite cheap compared to the other accommodations.

Terrible halls. Cheap, poorly maintained, stuff breaks regularly, and that's if it wasn't already broken when you come in. And the price is crazy for what it offers.
