I've recently just finished the process of buying and selling through Brookbanks. This was the first time of doing so with an Estate Agents and I would recommend Brookbanks immediately - from start to finish they were friendly, informative and kept us up to date with all we needed to know. We saw the listing of the house we bought in August, even though we were not on the market, we were able to view the house the next day, and a week later our flat was on the market, and we accepted an offer not even another week later. We purchased through Richard/Becky before, so we thought they would be ideal when it came to selling the property along with their knowledge of the area and market. Although it took longer than expected, that wasn’t through any fault of Brookbanks just the solicitors and usual lazy management company! Karen was amazing with weekly calls to let us have a progress report and chasing where needed. Having worked for an estate agent I know how stressful it becomes but these guys were calm and got the job done. I would recommend them. Well done and thanks again.
