As previous review. This agency just waste your time, the member of staff I dealt with was just inept and basically hopeless. I wasted 3 months waiting to start for them and at the end just gave up - I don't know how they exist. Amazingly I think the govt use them - says it all!!

If you don't want your time wasted, avoid this agency. They are unprofessional, dishonest and utterly inept, will have you sign a bunch of documents and bombard you with emails to confirm your interest/ avaliablility but remain unforthcoming with any information about roles and ignore your correspondence. My suggestion to prospective employees is avoid this shambles of a company.

Very rude staff, get passed around. Have account with these guys every branch tell you different stuff, they don’t want to help and they just waste your time. Typical agency, ask them few questions over the phone act like they got so much work to do!

Had been with this agency for atleast a year, staff mislead you with jobs. I was told there was work as an admin assistant and even though I heard negative comments I voiced my concern and didn't feel comfortable in taking the offer, but somehow the consultant sold it to me well when I did attend the next day I was quite disappointed with the outcome. Another consultant decided to bad mouth me with the manager which I find quite disgusting. I changed agencies very quickly and glad I made the right choice. There are other good agencies in birmingham so please avoid this one at all cost.
