Went in for an personal issue had an apointment booked in only to have a call back 2 days later saying they dont offer that sort off help and refered me to a doctor whilst I could hear laughing in the background extremely unprofessional waste of time give this place a wide berth Seems to be run by a bunch of giggling teenagers

Time wasters, booked me in for an appointment telling me they can provide me with a service then cancelled appointment twice and second time told me that they cannot provide the service they initially said they would & to go to a gp instead. Don’t waste your time with them so unprofessional!

Went to get my implant swapped for a coil last week. When booking the appointment, I called at around 2pm and only waited about 15 minutes on the phone before quickly being booked in for an appointment around 10 days after I called up. When I went in, the staff were friendly and patient with me in my recovery after the procedure. They allowed me to take my time to rest and showed great care and consideration, making sure to check my blood pressure when I mentioned I was feeling a little faint. Great staff. EDIT: To add, I have used their at-home STI self test kits twice now, and both times I have received the kit the next day after ordering and received my results via text in less than 5 days after sending off the sample.
