I think I was very lucky when I moved to Southampton to end up renting a property with Brook Independent. Hands down one of the best letting agencies I've ever been managed by. Scott and James, in particular, thank you both so much for being such wonderful letting agents, it was a relief knowing -- when I moved there during Covid and whilst living on my own -- that I had such amazing support from my letting agency. They were always happy to help me with any issues I may have had during my tenancy, and always professional and respectful and prompt. The maintenance system was equally as helpful and great , as well as one of their maintenance managers, Wookash - thank you as well for always assisting in fixing any issues in the property. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent in the area, they are absolutely brilliant!
