parking is managed by private parking company who will give you parking ticket for minor reason. they don't show parking ticket but you get reminders for the charge. I wonder what will happen to people renting there. Anyone who visits them get the parking ticket. if you don't want anyone to come in then put some parking barriers. I visited the place took permission from owner and estate agent to park while viewing but still got parking fine and they are very intimidating. Basically avoid parking there. Can't comment on other services in this block but I doubt on that too.
