Our previous tenants signed up with this supplier, they do not answer the phones with an office closed pre-recorded message stating their open hours which you call within but they are closed (2pm on a Tuesday..). Only communicate by email and rarely reponds, then trying to charge ridiculous fees other suppliers charge a third of the price for such as meter removal/new meter installation. Working in the energy sector myself I would advise to avoid using this supplier. Terrible customer service.
