if there was a zero star I would tick it, It may be an old established company but trying to buy or call someone with the courtesy to call back or even listed to the enquiry is dreadful. They did not know what there product offerings ere and suggested looking at an distributors site who sell competitive products. Awful and can not believe that they have lasted so long. The Board should be ashamed as I am looking at motors to build into my product for export.

Awful company to deal with. Quoted a lead time of 16 weeks for a motor, delivered it after 22 weeks! At no point did they contact us to advise of the delay, we had to repeatedly chase them for updates. Eventually informed us it had been despatched, only to be told two days later when we chased them again, that it hadn't been despatched after all. When it was finally shipped they used an obscure courier who don't have any tracking information. The positive reviews here are not to be trusted as at least two of them are from current Brook Crompton employees (look them up on LinkedIn). Avoid at all costs.
