Brook Bank manufactured a staircase for us to replace our old open 70s staircase. Neil was really helpful, friendly and responsive throughout. I explained to Neil that I wasn't sure if we could afford a full oak staircase and he suggested having an oak balustrade with painted pine stringers which was significantly cheaper but looks great. The staircase was installed by the very capable John Taylor (recommended by Neil). As the steps and stringers were pre-assembled in Neil's workshop, the rip-out and installation took just a day, with the balustrade up on day two, and the finishing touches complete on day three. I'll be straight back to Brook Bank for any other big joinery jobs.
