Five of us hired e bikes for a day and went on a very hilly ride of over 25 miles - taking in canal towpaths and old packhorse trails. The communication with the rental was great and we had a very warm welcome - and we were given lots of useful information by Chris and Charlie in their friendly handover. The route, cafe and pub recommendations made a real difference to our day. The bikes were new, premium branded bikes, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. We rode the bikes fairly hard over a toughish route and all got back with plenty of reserve power. We couldn’t believe the good value and the fantastic service. We are a group of keen cyclists so we know about bikes and what works well - and it was genuinely all better than we expected. Many thanks.

Myself and a friend hired ebikes for half a day on 15th August 2022 and Chris and Charlie from Brontë eBikes provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Chris dropped off and picked up the bikes from our location. The bikes are top of the range and far superior to any other eBikes we have rented in the past. The bikes coped fantastically well with the local terrain and were an absolute pleasure to ride. I would highly recommend Brontë eBikes to anyone looking to rent a bike in the West Yorkshire area.

I hired an E bike from Bronte for 2 days gravel riding in Aberfoyle scotland , they were very helpful & flexible delivering the bike the afternoon before allowing us to set off early. Plenty of range in the battery did over 55 miles of challenging riding with nearly 40% charge left. Price was lower than many other bike hire places i looked at, i will use them again in the future.

They were very helpful to fit in with our needs. The bikes were in good order and worked faultlessly. We covered 37 miles and as we're fit but not regular cyclists that was the range limit for going over the moors and back using the roads.
