Very pleasant, unexpeted countryside setting, considering how close "Town" is.

Brought our brand new caravan to Bronte Caravan Park for storage and felt very comforted by their 'Gold Star Award' for security. Each time we'd go to collect our caravan it would be absolutely blathered in muck and have mould spores growing on the outside. We had purchased our caravan in June and by November it had been bumped in storage. There is CCTV covering the area of caravans and this supposedly couldn't be seen by the guy whos runs it (who is really quite rude and abrupt to deal with). Said he would check with staff if it had been done by them and he would return our call, to which he never did. Extremely disappointed and would not advise anyone to use this storage park or be fooled by the gold star security as when you have issues they do nothing about it!! Extremely disheartened no care was taken for our caravan and now were left out of pocket due to claiming on our insurance to deal with the damage caused whilst in their care. Would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID!!

I live across the valley from Bronte Caravan Park and often watch the Deer in the fields around the facility. I called them on the telephone on Sunday morning at 9am as Google stared this is what time the Caravan parked opened, to tell them that there appeared to be a Deer stuck in some fencing approx 100 meters away from them. They didn't answer the call, so I left a voicemail asking if someone could check. On returning home later that week (I had been away since shortly after the call on Sunday) I was dismayed to see that the Deer was still stuck and was by then completely limp. Sadly, although they have many 5 star reviews because of the Deer in close proximity to them, it doesn't mean that they actually give two hoots about the beautiful wildlife. What an absolute shame that no one could be bothered to walk such a short distance and potentially save this little life. Now every time I look out of my window and across the valley my eyes are drawn to a needlessly decaying body. Awful.
