Second time here both for birthday celebrations, absolutely gorgeous place, the lodges are beautifully decorated to a high standard, the staff are lovely everything is catered for, every utensil pots pans and glasses you need, dressing gowns for use round the lodges and hot tubs! We brought our dog second time he loved it aswell, it’s the perfect place for a get together, we will definitely be rebooking we just need to get our dates for next year together, thankyou Rooms: The rooms are beautifully done to a high standard, the beds are comfortable and it’s so quiet, my one negative is the lack of mirrors for us ladies doing hair and makeup, they have nice bright ones in the bathrooms but when there are six of you sharing the bedroom lacks mirrors! Not really a negative but a need! Nearby activities: Everything is a walk away or short taxi ride into Richmond which isn’t expensive, lovely walk around the lakes Walkability: Great if you’re fit and like to walk there’s some lovely walks round and about, not good if you’re unsteady walking unless you just want to chill in your lodge
