    What Robert doesn't know about meditation I suspect is not worth knowing! Not only does he have deep knowledge and understanding of mediation practices, he understands and teaches the physiological aspect of our emotions and reactions. I highly recommend his classes and guided meditation , which are great regardless of whether you are a beginner or been practising for years. You'll learn so much from Robert.

    This has been a fantastic find. I have learned that techniques which I might have previously dismissed as “airy fairy” really do work and are incredibly powerful. For example, I now have tools that can get me back to sleep at night instead of lying awake. I have been able to drastically reduce my anti depressant medication to the minimum dose, something I had thought would take much longer to achieve. The sessions also work well online but I look forward to getting back to the in-person sessions because of the human contact, feelings of group support and because I’m more likely to actually do the session if I have to go somewhere to do it!

    I regularly attended classes for about two years, and always found the classes to be interesting and informative and supportive. Robert is passionate about his work, and knowledgeable, he cares about people and I find his views on various topics including spirituality, stress, western culture or whatever else, refreshing and sobering, and funny. I'm yet to join any zoom classes but intend to do so soon.

    I couldn't possibly write a review that does Robert justice – his teachings and compassion have genuinely changed my life!! At one point, I was unable to leave the house due to anxiety and since attending Bromley Mindfulness my life has burst right open – there is so much I can do and see that I couldn't before. He is so very wise, honest, supportive and inclusive. There have been times my paycheque doesn't stretch to the amazing things being offered and during those times he has very selflessly invited me along on a concession. The community is FULL of kind and caring people, which I believe is the ultimate testament to Robert's work and personality. I consider myself a student for life :-) Endlessly thankful.
