Excellent service, so helpful and efficient. Called to see if they could replace a shattered driver's window on mini cooper and replace electric mechanism. They were able to take it in IMMEDIATELY and emailed a quote within a few minutes. Car was ready two days later and they kindly kept it until we were able to collect. Same price as quote. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

I have always been impressed with BCR, and recently received absolutely fantastic service from Steve and the BCR team. They were able to fit in my VW Golf very quickly - and even took it in early when the fault became more urgent. Although the job proved to be more complicated than originally thought, I was extremely impressed with their care and attention to detail in fixing it. I also appreciated having the issues explained to me, and being asked before any further work was done. My 12 year old car is now running like new.
