Used Bromley Bike Co, for the first time today, to fix a tricky issue with my bike. They managed to fix it, and they were very professional. They even fixed a separate issue to do with the headset. Price was reasonable too! I've been to expense bike shops in the City, and Bromley Bike Co are easily on a par with all of them, and I'm fairly confident are even better than some.

Ewan is a great lad. I'm 55, fat, old and useless, but he listened to what I needed, or wanted, and carried out the service perfectly. Set up my tubeless tyres, bled my brakes, and checked over my bike, as it was a new to me, but used one He is a great lad. Your bike will be in safe hands here👍👍 Highly recommended

I had a mechanical where my seat came off (tinkering around and then left without tools 🤦🏼♂️) and I had no way of fixing it back on so cycled five miles before coming to this wonderful ship. Without hesitation they lent me tools to fix it asking nothing in return. Very friendly staff and shop was well stocked. Thank you

I highly recommend Bromley Bike Co. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Chris went the extra mile with his customer service & jargon-free advice! I have found other outlets to be poor substitute in comparison. I wish I had gone to Bromley Bike Co. first, - they are head & shoulders above the rest!
