Took a laptop there that would not boot. Even though explained I've already reset it I was told it needs windows reinstalled at the tune of £80. I said not to worry as I can do that myself and reason I'm here is for a diagnosis as to why the problem is happening, I was promptly handed back my laptop and door slammed in my face. I can't speak for his expertise but I'm guessing all he tried to do was boot, which I explained doesn't work. Then he tried to make a quick buck and when that didn't happen he got the hump. Very unprofessional IMO but alas I can't expect anything too professional from a dissolved company. Use this company at your own risk
