Non existent communications. Non existent stock? Saw an item I wanted to purchase a few of on the Brok website, so I tried to contact them to check availability. Phone calls went unanswered and emails to info@brokfootwear.co.uk were returned as undeliverable due to a full mailbox. Decided on the strength of good reviews here to purchase anyway. Order was accepted, then cancelled 5 minutes later. No explanations or apologies offered. Disappointing.
