Overpriced and over rated. They have charged me 5 times more for a flea and tick treatment that I could buy on the Internet. The vet did not care about my pet behaviour and dismissed all my concerns. I would not recommend them at all.

Have always had mixed reviews as some of the reception staff are lovely and helpful, but overall the business seems to be very money oriented and insincere. Majority of the vets I've seen here over the last few years here have been rude and unhelpful, except for one lady (who I think is actually the lead vet). I brought my dog in for epilsepsy and all the male vet kept saying was "I dont know how much to charge you for this" instead of caring for my dog at all. Then when I asked a few questions about the disease, all I got was "not sure" or "dont know" and he couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I got charged £50 for this because apparently it was a 'consulsation'? I tried to complain via email but no one got back to me on there and they wouldn't release any medicine until I paid it. I had to use a different vets over Christmas as I was in another city and I couldn't believe the difference in customer service, care and sincerity. They were so knowledgable, helpful and genuine, not to mention half the price. It really highlighted that I haven't been getting the service I deserve at Brockwell Park.

Arrived at the door of this happy pets surgery/pet shop at 14:25. The door displays continual business hours. The door is locked. A gentleman already standing at the door rings the bell. No response. Another couple of customers arrive and leave after a little wait. The gentleman rings the bell again as there’s movement detected behind the counter. A young lady arrives at the door and announces curtly ”Everybody is just trying to have their lunch”. Raised inflection indicated either a question or extreme rudeness. I chose the latter. My pet is certainly not going to be happy there.

I called in and asked for a rabies vaccine for our dog as my partner was travelling to France for Christmas today with her. Vet was very nice and gave her a vaccine and marked her travel passport. When he got to the boarder to get on the train, after driving for 4 hours, he was told that they did not recognise the rabies vaccine given to our dog Mila and that it was also stamped on the wrong page and there was a missing health cert. My partner was told he could not enter France as it was the incorrect vaccine. We have just googled the vaccine given and Mila never received the Rabies Vaccine, she instead got a vaccine Nobivac which is completely incorrect and something I never asked for. I specifically asked on the phone for a Rabies vaccine and explained to the vet when I arrived that the vaccine was needed for rabies as Mila was travelling to France. The cost of this mistake is massive for us and we are so lucky to be able to get a last minute flight home for Christmas and able to find a dog minder in London. I would recommend using another Vets as they clearly do not know a basic vaccine , I can only imagine if it was something more serious
