Abrupt rude taxi driver, was late due to pulling up at the wrong address then blamed us. Demanded cash once we were 30 seconds away from the destination and said card was not an option, magically pulled a card reader out at the destination due to us not having cash and this was our only option, but blamed the fact that he had to pay tax on a card reader transaction. Do not use, poor service and company. Would not use again.

Fantastic service all around with Brokenhurst Taxis. Very professional, polite and informative reception team member who booked our taxi promptly which arrived soon after we hung up. The driver was very friendly and polite too which made it a very pleasant long journey to the airport. All in all, I look forward to booking again!

First and last time I will use this company, recommend by Carey’s Manor , I had my doubts given some of the reviews, they arrived on time to take me and my wife to dinner but did not return at the agreed pick up time , had to chase them they said they did not have the booking ,arrived 40 minutes later our evening ruined having to wait and chase them which Suzy at Carey’s had double checked with ASH, very disappointing service and I will raise this with the management at the hotel as should not use this company in the future . The owner has sent a message today 26/4/23 saying my review is a fake , which is not true . My review was written last year in July , so it again sums up this company and it service and it’s attitude, I will again speak to the management at Carey Manor on my next visit , please do not use this company .The statement above is true . I am angry because you failed to deliver the booked service and you are now saying what I have written is not true, then check your facts and records with the hotel as I will do .
