    As a supplier the communication is dire. Phone calls straight to music, numerous emails ignored or ‘we are on it ‘’ and nothing happens. Invoices are long overdue and information is scant if available at all.

    Getting to the point it’s ridiculously bad aftercare service. Emails ignored. Phone calls not answered. Issues not fully resolved in weeks. When you do get through to someone to sort what feel like constant issues, they’re helpful, a nice team however the 24/7 support you’re VERY lucky if you get hold of someone out of hours to take your details, and wait for someone to come back to you the next working day. A lot to be desired for the aftercare / OOH. Feel like this business have grown ‘too’ much, too soon. I wouldn’t recommend them.

    Just terrible. Constant issues with speed and stability, and 90% of emails to their support team go ignored. Can't get through to them on the phone today. Where I live, I have no other choice but to use them. If you do have a choice of provider, please do not choose Broadway.
