We have had several blinds fitted by broadview and have been satisfied with all. So much so, in May 2019 we went mad and ordered an awning to come over our patio at vast cost! Was delivered a d fitted in the September with 2 year guarantee. So far, so good. However, my husband was cleaning the outside casing in October this year a d noticed the cover for the junction box on the side was missing. Contacted broadview who wouldn’t even acknowledge that it might not have been fitted in the first place! They just said it was out of guarantee (by 6 weeks!!,) so would cost £150 call out to fit new one and didn’t have any in stock anyway. We were absolutely appalled and left our details so they could contact us when a cover was available but not heard anything. We spent over £4000 on this. Disgusted with this attitude. They have lost a customer and all the recommendations they might have had.

Initially very happy, we had 3 white wood blinds in a bay window. Noticed the edge of the blinds and the bottom block were unfinished wood on 2. Contacted company and was told that was how they came! Not happy, wont use company again.
