As part of my general enquiries between lease companies, I called up on a Friday and was told to call back on the Monday as 'they had a really good deal' on the particular car I was interested in. I called up on Monday and after further delay I was told to email over the specification of what car I was after, which I did. I received no response, so I called up again to chase it up and they said they would look into it. In the meantime all the other lease companies were selling out of their stock so I was relying on Broadspeed to come good with their offer. They got back to me via a very unprofessional text message which said ‘They sold out on Friday ie immediately. Sorry for now. ..’ If Broadspeed actually put their customers first I wouldn’t have missed out on a good deal and stock due to their poor misleading sales pitch.
