Visited here today to post some parcels after most post offices were closed, I barely had to wait, staff were lovely and parcels sorted quickly with no fuss. Much nicer than my usual post office.

INCOMPETENT staff member working for the post office! A trained staff member told customer he doesn't have the confidence to us moneygram system to send transaction, so customer should return 3 days later went a more competent staff member is available. Waste of customer TIME!!!!!!!!

Post Office inside the Co-op opens & closes when they want, same goes for the actual shop at times too. Ignore Post Office times on the website, it's for the tick box, look good factor. I've never known or seen anything like it before from a Post Office & Convenience store. Co-op's or any other store's for that matter don't operate like this, it's just this one...& has been allowed to carry on like this for years, even under different regular changing management. The queuing system for this store & Post Office is an absolute joke ta boot! If you go...be prepared for extra slow service or it being closed. Don't waste your petrol, bus fare or time.
