We dropped our xl bully Shadow off for his stay. The kennels are spacious and the staff are very friendly. While we were away we emailed to see how he was getting on (its the first time we've ever left him), they emailed back straight away on each occasion, saying how he was. He had a great stay there. I called and spoke to a very polite gentleman, who said there was plenty of availability for the dates I wanted. When we arrived, I was greeted by a blonde lady. She was so rude! Full of hate and said a few racist comments too, I was horrified! I had no intention on booking after meeting with her but I did ask for availability and she said she was fully booked for the dates we wanted! I couldn’t help but feel she was personally attacking me for what ever reason… It’s probably a good job that she works with dogs because her people skills are less than satisfactory unfortunately…
