    I requested to view and test drive a motorhome, made an appointment with Alan and was told to bring my drivers' license. Took a look around and then asked Alan about a test drive, he said it was Broad Lane policy to not let anyone test drive a vehicle until they had agreed to buy it! When I said that I'd asked about a test drive over the phone and been told to bring my drivers' license with me, he just shrugged it off and said he wouldn't have offered me a test drive as if I'd got the wrong end of the stick! What kind of a dealership doesn't let you test drive a vehicle before deciding to purchase! Shocking service, would never bother going back there again!

    Absolutely disgusting service, my £70000 motor home was dirty and covered in glue and silicone The guy handing over the motor home wasn’t interested and couldn’t be bothered, Lots of problems with it including table hanging off. I have a problem with the steering (play in the power steering) I’ve contacted a Fiat professional dealer who advised me that Broadlane leisure has not set up my vehicle warranty also there is outstanding recalls on the vehicle. The Dealer Principal Adrian contacted me,I wish I had a pound for every time he said SORRY, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Worst motor home dealership I’ve ever dealt with

Wrote to the directors about lack of service before reviewing but no response from them to talk things through. Accept no responsibility for any issues. Caryn
