The Place is nice but the hygiene could be improved if waiters avoided to touch the inner part of the cups with their fingers, and if I had not seen a person cleaning the floor using, as as bucket, the same water jug as the one in self service

The most basic benugo offer - pre packed food shipped in, limited choice, no care over presentation. Staffed by people who have no training, motivation or conversation skills. But you can get a passable coffee if necessary.
