My dog sadly had to be put to sleep last week, I've been to this vets before and the people are so lovely, but on this occasion Laura looked after us, the appointment probably took longer than expected, but she didn't rush us at all, even offered us more time. She was kind and compassionate so caring. Truly a credit to the vets. So I want to thank her for making an awful time that bit easier

Broad Lane Vets and Radford Road are absolutely top-notch. Took Bubzu in to get him nurtured l. Staff are so nice, warm welcome. 😍 I have been using these vets for over 13 years. My first dog Motti 🐕 was treated by them, and now I go with my 2nd baby. Thank you to everyone at both surgeries. 💗

Annual boosters done and health checks completed on 2 beloved pooches. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain all information thoroughly.

I would never use this vets again. I took my dog here after he vomiting and wasn't eating and was just unwell. First visit they have gave him a quick temperature check and gave him anti sickness injunction. I returned a few days later where he has blood tests and scans. I was told he had terminal cancer and we should look at paletive care and will need no put him down as he had days to live. We were obviously devestated. After a few days he began to show signs of improvement. At this point I decided to take him to another vets. This is the best decision I ever made. I went for a second opinion. The second vets told me that they wasn't convinced that he had cancer. It could be any number or things. We have had 2 blood tests and confirmed to us that it isn't cancer, it is just the liver is not functioning as good as it once was and he also has sludge on his gallbladder. He is now on liver supplement, we are now 6 weeks on. The dog is thriving. I would never recommend this vets to anyone. If anyone is thinking of taking their put to broad lane vets please reconsider. If I listened to them I would have put my dog down. I just wonder how many people have put the put down due to their incompetent. To top it off I have had scans, blood tests consultation and medications with the second vets where the final bill is nearly half of broad lane. They are writing cheques by pulling in your heartstrings. Please be aware. If I could leave no star review I would. In response to broad lane response. I struggle to see how na honest review can be taken as bullying or harassment. I have given an honest review of the service I received. No names were mentioned and no harassment was given. I approached the practice with my concerns and left an honest review. If I left a 5 star review would this also been seen as harassment? As for the conversation we had when I complained at the practice does not mean that what you said was accepted. I put my complain forward with you trying an put your case forward. The end result was I was still not happy at the fact I was told to put the dog down and you responded by saying you will have a talk with the vet involved about delicate conversations. I should be allowed to leave an honest review of my experience without having accusations of bullying and harassment. This just further shows as lack of professionalism along with the incompetent with handling this case.

These guys are incredible. Had my male Rottweiler who does not let anyone near him, except family, was convinced that sedation was the only option. The vet was so incredible. Pulled his nail off, checked his ears, his heart and his testicles, administered ear medicine and Rollo was happy ! Thank you guys so much.

I should have listened to the advice of other dog owners I met in the park. Broadlane Vet first put very broad diagnosis on the record leading to exclusion of half of the dog on the insurance. This then leads to a rejection of insurance claim. Insurnace company said if the clinic is helpful, they could look to review the exclusion clause. Called the vet again who re directed me to the insurance department of the clinic. The insurance lady was really unhelpful - she basically said they didn't do anything wrong, they could not help. Then the vet Simrath K Dhillon is really disgusting. Me and my dog visited her yesterday It is so unnecessary to add the following onto the record when I explicitly asked not to put anything onto the record: ''When asked for further hx on back pain O declined to comment as concerned about further insurance exclusions'' Is it even legal to put it on when I explicitly not give my consent? Is the vet trying to even consider affordability of the owner?
