The Practice's Pharmacists are hopeless - extremely unreliable - not only can I not rely on a medication request to be ready within a week, but even where a change in medication is authorised it may not be actioned so instead of starting double the dose of High Blood pressure medication, I have NONE to take over the weekend! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the best surgery I have ever been to. My entire family have been registered with Broad Lane on and off (us kids moved to central London and then back out again) for over 15 years. The doctors are truly kind and empathetic, and incredibly competent, quickly diagnosing issues and sending off referrals. As an example, I had a heart problem and within 1 day I had an ECG sorted, and an appointment booked with the cardiologists at Kings. I’ve scanned previous negative reviews and think that they are unfair. I’d encourage people considering this surgery to acknowledge the hundreds of 5 star reviews from very happy patients that have taken the time to encourage others to join. The receptionists are great too - formal and punctual, and there to ensure that both doctors and patients are getting the best service. A massive, massive thank you to the team at Broad Lane - you are all wonderful and doing such a brilliant job.

My recent appointment with Jaime, the Clinical Pharmacist at the surgery, was extremely helpful - being able to review my different medications and have the opportunity to discuss the benefits etc. going forward. Being able to talk to Jaime with no pressures on the time spent doing so was greatly appreciated.

can’t wait to leave this surgery. most of the time they don’t actually send off referrals, take 2+ weeks to arrange urgent prescriptions, and the reception staff have the worst attitude and are completely unaware of what’s happening in the clinic. the Drs themselves are okay (if you can ever get an appointment) but the clinic clearly has issues.
