My BrizeBox arrived last week. It was well packaged and arrived in good condition (despite the best attempts of the courier). The box can be mounted either to the floor or the wall behind it. The mechanism seems pretty good at providing safe and secure storage. Installed happily on the front of my house where its looking smart. Overall I've been really impressed by the build quality and design. Good small business.

Really disappointed. Ordered a frame and a built in box. Then got sent a frame and a stand alone box! Let’s take a minute to understand the common sense of the person who picked this order. You’ve not only read and picked the wrong item , you’ve also not twigged when I’ve ordered a frame why would I be wanting a stand alone box? Main Issue I have is I have a builder here today costing a pretty penny to fit it and now there not able to do it as the company sent out the wrong box! So extra cost incurred to me , not at all happy as when I rang to discuss getting a new one out , the earliest was going to be Saturday which means another week without a postbox and I need to rearrange the builder. No offer of a little compensation, which I also found strange as they also had a sale on of the same boxes, I would of expected a little courtesy to allow for the time they have wasted and the builder costs I’ve incurred due to there negligence. They didn’t seem that bothered and it’s me that’s brunting the cost. Very much disappointed in the whole situation, wouldn’t use again.

So pleased with our box. It is brilliant. Our old post delivery box had been damaged and we needed a replacement. We were also looking for a solution to drivers who would press the intercom button, wait 20 seconds and leave. Now they put the smaller parcels safely in the box. It has allowed the delivery of many parcels and letters and we know they are secure. It has remained dry through very heavy rain. Not cheap though for how well it is made, not expensive either.
