    Just over on a hour on hold to book an appointment, just to be told all slots are booked up. Don't think they realise how much disruption and anxiety this causes in one's working daily life. Then they question why I'm using my inhaler so much and refuse to prescribe my inhalers. Your system does not help with managing my asthma.
