Went today to get a larger diner meat and chips cost me £4.80 and no drink won’t be going here again I know an better chip shop in Digbeth where the places are same but more food and drink included

Not the best fish & chips I’ve had, fish was only a little crispy on the edges, inside it was chewy and drier than it should be. Chips were a no go for me, didn’t eat them after having a couple. They had little bits on them, most likely from food that was cooked in the oil prior to them. The mixed donner was nice, chicken donner especially was cooked well, charred how it should be. Donner itself was decent, wide strips of it, good portion size as well. Curry sauce was nice, no complains about that. Pricing was decent, staff nice and friendly, place is retro which isn’t a bad thing, i quite like it. Quick and efficient service.
