FAQ

What is your sugar production capacity per day/week/month?

Our sugar production capacity varies depending on the season and demand, but on average we can produce around 1,300,000 tonnes of sugar per year across our four factories.

Can you provide information about your sourcing of sugar cane and its quality?

We source sugar beet, not sugar cane, from around 3,000 growers in the UK. We have strict quality standards in place to ensure that the sugar beet we receive meets our requirements for processing into sugar.

Do you offer organic or non-GMO sugar options?

We offer both organic and non-GMO sugar options. Our organic sugar is certified by the Soil Association and our non-GMO sugar is made from sugar beet that has not been genetically modified.

What are the payment terms and conditions for purchasing sugar from your factory?

Our payment terms and conditions vary depending on the customer and the volume of sugar being purchased. We are happy to discuss individual requirements with potential customers.

Can you provide references from other companies who have purchased sugar from your factory?

We have a large customer base and are happy to provide references upon request. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
