I was supposed to study here 4 weeks from April to May but couldn’t make it because someone close to me was in the hospital. I asked for a refund but never heard from them which is crazy because I paid more than 2000 euros for an accomodation and english lessons !!! They didnt even refund at least half of what I paid, nothing !!! A small gesture would have been really nice ! This is not ok because what was I supposed to do ? Come anyway even if someone could have died ???? I was so excited to study there but now I am just really disappointed. I dont recommend it.
