I turned up today at 4pm and there was a sign on the door saying they were open until 5. I knocked on the door (I was anticipating spending a lot of money) and a woman came to the door and said "haven't you seen the website - we are closed for xmas" - her face looked like I was the stupidest person in the world. "No", I said "and the door says you are open until 5pm". The woman just looked at me and slowly closed the door. I'll email the company and let them know about who is representing them and how they treat customers.
